A Hand at Home business office is located  at 3053 Harrison Ave. Suite.205, South Lake Tahoe, CA.

Our services are provided exclusively to our neighbors in the Lake Tahoe Basin, from Glenbrook, NV  through all of South Lake Tahoe and out to Emerald Bay.

We are proudly, the only care agency in Tahoe licensed by both California and Nevada.

Office hours vary due to the hands on nature of our business.  We are often in the field visiting with and checking on our clients and caregivers.
